Why Ezukanma hasn’t played

If Cedrick Wilson Jr.'s excruciating rib injury prevents him from playing Sunday against Buffalo, Dolphins rookie receiver Erik Ezukanma might finally make his regular-season debut.

Last Friday, Ezukanma stated that he had been ordered to learn a new position.

According to Ezukanma, "Cedrick is the starting F and he doesn't have a main backup." F is among the most challenging positions to master.

Ezukanma said that he is still employed as a Z receiver. He is aware that mastering both Z and F will boost his versatility and contribution to the squad.

Wilson's availability for Sunday is very debatable; according to McDaniel, his ribs feel "quite bad" but are not broken.

The Dolphins must decide shortly whether to promote Cracraft from the practice squad to the 53-man roster
