Ime Udoka has considered resigning

Due to an impending ban, Celtics head coach Ime Udoka has thought about leaving.

If Udoka maintains his position, the Boston Celtics will likely suspend him for a full season for breaking the team's code of conduct.

According to a league source, Joe Mazzulla is anticipated to replace Udoka as interim head coach.

Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.com reports that the breach involves Udoka's participation in a relationship with a female employee of the team.

According to Wojnarowski, "I do believe that clarity is on the horizon regarding the potential duration of this suspension."

Prior to assisting the Celtics in their trip to the NBA Finals, Udoka had a regular season record of 51-31.
