Hank Fraley is one of the few remaining Detroit Lions from the previous administration on the revamped squad.
Before being asked to start at the unfamiliar position, Dan Skipper had one session at left guard. It was also his first NFL start.
Fraley, according to Campbell, has been crucial. Hank, who played the position and also coached it, has an excellent sense of it.
His aptitude for instructing is clear. Campbell is aware of Fraley's skill and admires it.
“I mean, that’s – one of the things that’s not always – when you’ve played at this level like he has and played for a long time.
